My first day at The Salon at Anchorage was today. It went really well. I only had one client today but I spent the day getting set up, getting to know the stylists, and getting familiar with the computer system and the way the salon was ran. I am not gonna lie, this is no easy task before me. I am nervous. But I know I can do it. Working for yourself is so much better in so many ways. I realized how much I missed doing hair today when I was working with my client. It made me smile. I am so blessed and thankful for the gift God has given me. I can’t wait to meet new people and help them to feel even more beautiful then they already are. I also realized today that I work in ANCHORAGE Kentucky at The Salon at ANCHORAGE and I have an ANCHOR tattoo on my right foot. It reminded me that Jesus is the anchor of my life and He sustains me daily. He will get me through this and I will come out on top as I always do; stronger and better then ever before.
