The Goal

Philippians 2:13-14
Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

And I run the race everyday. Sometimes I am slower then others and sometimes I feel like nothing could stop me. I get tired. I get weary. Do you ever feel like that? No matter how fast you run, nothing is ever good enough. You feel like you could never measure up. You just wanna give up and throw in the towel? Yea, I have been there. Let me encourage you. Keep running. Don’t give up. There is a purpose in the pain, there is a purpose in the hard stuff. God is using it to make you better and stronger and more in love with Him. Keep pressing on toward the goal. It will all be worth it.
