So, I have finally reached that point. I by no means think I am fat let me get that straight. But, I am also not happy with the way things are going with my body either. Now I know this is a constant battle daily with women and men all over. But I am going to blog and share my battle and progress with you. So I took a picture of myself last night and I am going to be tracking my progress every Monday with a new pic I am not showing these pictures bc they are not appropriate for the world to see HAHA. I am keeping a journal of everything I eat and drink and increasing my cardio to 1 hour a day. I have decided to give this one month and see where it gets me and go from there. I am not too concerned with the number as far a weight but I do wanna trim down and tone. I am going for low to no carbs and sugar. Day 1 wasn’t so bad but I know the worst will come. Cheer me on please! I need all the motivation I can get. I can do this!
